The participants interest in training of HSBC which arranged by DeSA which is Secheron representative in Turkey was satisfactory.
Within the scope of the training, the maintenance intervals given below are presented theoretically and practically.
BASIC MAINTENANCE
► Wear distance control: Every 18 months
► General maintenance and horn inspection: Every 18 months
► Arc box control: Every 18 months.
► Final test: Every 18 months
HEAVY MEINTENANCE
► X distance measurement: 36-48 months
► Measurement of internal resistance and insulation: 36-48 months
► Measurement of tripping time based on current and voltage: 36-48 months
► Control and lubrication of all mechanical equipment: 36-48 months
► checking the removal of the closing box: 36-48 months
► Control of removal of moving contacts: 36-48 months
► Checking the removal of UR fixed contacts: 36-48 months
► Circuit breaker control: 36-48 months
► Separation and dismantling of arc box components,
► Worn parts check: 36-48 months
► Final test: 36-48 months
